Shipping – Domestic Policy
We ship all orders, if in stock, out the same day if placed before 3:30PM EST. We offer several shipping options, but highly recommend USPS domestically within the USA. Most domestic shipments take 3-5 business days for delivery.
In regards to domestic orders, if a package is lost or damaged within transit we will reship it at no additional cost. However, if it is lost in transit, your package can only be reshipped, not refunded.
Once an item is scanned and updated as DELIVERED within the United States (USA) or military base, it is considered delivered and we are not going to consider it for a free reshipment.
Returns – Domestic Policy
Domestic customers can return products but they must be unopened and within 14 day of delivery for store credit only. Items that have been opened or if the seal has been violated will not be eligible for return. Orders cancelled prior to shipment are entitled to a refund.
We will provide and pay for a return label if the mishap (incorrect or defective item) is our error.
All international sales, outside of the US, are final and are under no circumstance eligible for refund. All items must be pre-approved for return by emailing us or contacting us through the “Contact Us” page.
Store credit for returned packages will only be issued if the product(s) are unopened and undamaged as well as within 10 days of purchasing. Refunds are issued to the credit used in the transaction. No credit will be issued for opened merchandise. Any and all shipping costs are non-refundable.
When shipping return item(s), you must provide delivery confirmation or we cannot confirm any credit. All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
Any packages returned to us by the designated carrier because the customer was not available to receive the package or due to incorrect shipping information may be subject to additional shipping costs to reship.
As previously stated, all returned items are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
Shipping and Returns – International Policy
All international orders are subject to the same shipping time as domestic orders, which is: all orders will be shipped out same day before 3:30PM EST.
Tracking information is provided automatically and emailed once your package ships. It is important to note that on international orders, customers must accept that it is their responsibility for the package to deliver once it has shipped from our BioVape warehouse.
All sales are final on all international sales and no returns will be considered. All refunds will be determinant on a individual basis; lost items are deemed the customers responsibility and damage packages are the only packages that will be re-shipped.
Important International Restrictions
Each and every country has different laws and therefore different regulations about the merchandise that you purchase. Before you place your order, please make sure that your local customs laws are in accordance with your purchase, especially as customs are strict with dietary supplements. It is your responsibility for what is and what isn’t legal in your country.
We always ship discreetly to maximize your privacy. We cannot and will not be held responsible for any taxes, duties, tariffs, or packing fees asserted by your local customs office. These charges are separate from your shipping fees and your responsibility.
BioVape will not ship to any product(s) to any country that may require any type of license and we will not be held liable for any issues at your local post office or not delivered back to us. No refunds will be given for any product seized at your local customs office or not delivered back to us. By ordering from BioVape, you are stating that you agree to our shipping policy and terms of condition.
